TeeSnipe connects to your club's booking system using your existing membership login. When you create a booking request, you set your preferred tee time, acceptable window, number of players, and dates. TeeSnipe then runs automatically the moment your club opens reservations and locks in your spot before other members can.
Yes. Your username and password are encrypted using AES-256 encryption before being stored. They are only ever used to log into your club's booking system on your behalf and are never shared with any third party.
We are actively adding clubs. If your club isn't listed yet, you can submit a request when adding a club on the My Clubs page. We aim to confirm and set up new clubs within 3 business days.
Occasionally a tee time may not be available in your requested window — for example if the course is already fully booked. In that case, the booking will appear in your dashboard under 'Needs Attention' and you can adjust and try again.
Absolutely. You can set up a one-time booking, a weekly recurring booking for any date range, or a fully custom set of specific dates — all managed from a single booking request.
The bot runs automatically at your club's release time — the exact moment reservations open. This is configured per club so you never have to think about timing.
Yes. You can book for up to 4 players and set the transportation type (golf cart, walking, caddie, etc.) for each player individually.
You can delete any upcoming booking request from your dashboard before it runs. Once a tee time has been booked at the club, you will need to cancel directly through your club's website.
You will receive a text message and an email as soon as your tee time is successfully booked. Make sure your phone number and email are up to date in your profile.
