TeeSnipe is an automated tee time reservation service that accesses golf club booking systems on your behalf using credentials you provide. By creating an account, you authorize TeeSnipe to log into your club's booking system using your membership credentials solely for the purpose of reserving tee times according to your preferences.
You represent that (a) you are an authorized member of any golf club for which you provide credentials, (b) your use of TeeSnipe complies with your club's membership rules and terms of use, (c) the credentials you provide are your own and you have the right to share them with this service, and (d) you are at least 18 years of age.
TeeSnipe makes no guarantee that a tee time will be successfully booked. Availability depends on your club's scheduling system, release times, and other members. We are not responsible for failed bookings or system downtime.
Your club login credentials are stored and used solely to perform bookings on your behalf. We do not sell or share your credentials or personal information with third parties. You may delete your account at any time, which will remove your stored credentials.
TeeSnipe is not affiliated with any golf club or third-party booking platform. We are not liable for any consequences arising from bookings made on your behalf, including but not limited to violations of club policies, duplicate bookings, or missed tee times. Your total remedy for any claim is limited to the amount paid to TeeSnipe in the past 30 days.
TeeSnipe automates the booking process but does not manage cancellations or changes at the club level. You remain responsible for canceling or modifying tee times directly with your club if needed.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cook County, Illinois.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

We collect the information you provide when creating an account: your name, email address, phone number, username, and golf club membership credentials. We also collect booking preferences and job configurations you create within the service.
Your information is used solely to operate the service — logging into your club's booking system, reserving tee times on your behalf, and sending you notifications about your bookings. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties.
Your club login credentials are stored to enable automated bookings. They are used only for this purpose and are never shared with anyone outside TeeSnipe.
By creating an account you consent to receive transactional text messages and emails regarding your bookings and account activity. You may opt out of SMS notifications by replying STOP. Transactional emails cannot be disabled as they are necessary for account operation.
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings, which will permanently remove all stored credentials, booking jobs, and personal information.
